We’re the oldest actively engaged state legislative 401(C) 3 working on behalf of supporting the important process of including citizens in understanding legislation before the Colorado General Assembly.
Please consider joining us on Mondays during the legislature’s 180 days of operation as we consider bills being initiated by the leadership of the community across the state. We meet from noon to 1:30 every Monday beginning in early January until mid May. Many of you have been involved as participating organizations and individuals. Please recommend anyone who you wish to join us.
Send the recommendations to Randleloeb@gmail.com with their contact information.
Thank you,
Randle Loeb

Good morning. Doug Linkhart of the National Civic League suggested I contact sclc. I have been involved in health policy for years and have moderated deliberations on the state’s health care industry. I would like to meet with one of your staff to consider this process in more detail. It involves using the process of public and professional engagement called deliberation. This process has gained a lot of attention and use in the last few years. And I also promote a process developed at Harvard Business School called “transformation” of major corporations and industries as a long term method to redirect Colorado’s health care industry. Deliberation and transformation are wedded together as a way to move past the intractable disagreements and debates on health care. I have attempted to approach the Lieutenant Governor and Governor Polis to initiate public and professional deliberations around the state and have not made progress there. I am hoping that several reputable community organizations might now promote this public process with the Lieutenant Governor and Governor. My email is repassoth@gmail.com and cell phone is 303-915-1660. Thank you and I look forward to speaking with one of your staff.
