| Join us for the 2020 CSLC Fall ForumDear CSLC Members & Friends, It is a pleasure to invite you to join our 2020 CSLC Fall Forum: Ballot Issues and You! This is a biennial tradition in which we focus on the measures appearing on your November ballot. Many of you have already registered, and we look forward to seeing you there. If you haven’t yet, now is the time to register! And if you’re already joining us, consider forwarding this invitation to your friends, family, colleagues and networks. This year, Coloradans will have eleven statewide measures to vote on. We will welcome expert speakers and guests to discuss the issues, with significant opportunities for question-and-answer with our online audience. Due to the ongoing pandemic, this year’s forum will take place virtually. Over the course of three shorter weekly gatherings, we will focus on seven measures that are most relevant to CSLC’s mission to convene conversations on human needs legislation and policy. Faith Winter, 9to5 Colorado, and the Colorado Children’s Campaign Rebecca Dubroff Rebecca.dubroff@heart.org with the American Heart Association (This ha been amended) Tuesday, October 6: Tax & Fiscal Issues Amendment B, Repeal the Gallagher Amendment Proposition 116, Decrease State Income Tax Proposition 117, Voter Approval of Certain Enterprises Panelists will include former State Sen. Dennis Gallagher, State Sen. Chris Hansen, the Colorado Fiscal Institute, and the Bell Policy Center Tuesday, October 13: Voting Amendment 76, Citizen Voting Requirement Proposition 113, National Popular Vote Compact We ask that all participants register with their e-mail address for security purposes.
