Senator Dominick MorenoSenate District 21 Senator Moreno has served in the Colorado Legislature since 2012, representing House District 32 and now Senate District 21 in Adams County, having been re-elected handily in 2020. He is currently the Vice Chair of the Senate Appropriations Committee and chair of the six-member Joint Budget Committee. Carol HedgesColorado Fiscal Institute Carol co-created the Colorado Fiscal Institute in 2013 after a career working in government and budget & tax policy advocacy. She has become one of the foremost progressive tax policy voices in Colorado, helping spearhead CFI’s advocacy on legislative as well as ballot issues.
